IPE-QUEST is an on-line Asset Manager search system.

To place your Quest on the system, click on Investor Access. First you will be asked to register. After registering you will be able to set up a Quest immediately in four simple steps. Once completed we will contact you to verify the information before it is posted live to the Search Quests page. You may use IPE-QUEST either on your own behalf or in conjunction with your consultant.

Asset Managers

• To view Quests online you must register for free Access Codes via the Manager Access page.
• Once you have registered for your Access Codes we will notify you every time a new Quest is placed live. You can then search through the Quests and view the online Application Forms at no cost.
• In order to submit an Application Form you must buy a minimum of 1 "credit" where one credit = one application (1 credit cost £175). Credits can be ordered and are allocated automatically using your Access Codes via the Manager Access page. A confirmation of this transaction will be emailed to you and an invoice sent at the end of the same month.
• One credit is deducted from your account each time you submit an Application Form. After submitting an Application Form the applicant is sent a confirmation of the transaction including a transcript of the questions and your answers to them.
• Please note that you are applying for each Quest "blind". You will only discover the name of the institution if they decide to contact you following receipt of your application.

• Institutional Investors place their Quests on the system - see Investor Access
• Each Quest contains information about the type of Asset Manager sought, but the Institutional Investor's identity always remains confidential.
• A small sample of each Quest is published openly on the system - see Search Quests - but only Registered Users can access the entire system.
• Only Asset Managers may register - see Manager Access
• Asset Managers with accounts are allocated secure access codes so they can then search the entire system for Quests they are qualified to manage - see Search Quests
• Asset Managers then submit on-line Application Forms for the Quests they are qualified to manage
• One credit is deducted from the Asset Manager's account each time they submit an Application Form
• IPE-QUEST collects the application forms and forwards them to the relevant Institutional Investor in spreadsheet format.
• The Institutional Investor is then able to examine the data and may approach individual Asset Managers at their discretion.
